Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon and lime Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiled water
  • 12 oz. or more small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon and lime Jell-O in boiling water and allow it to cool.
  2. Once cooled, combine the dissolved Jell-O with cottage cheese, evaporated milk, crushed pineapple (undrained), Miracle Whip, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until well mixed and refrigerate if desired before serving.
