- Sprinkle gelatin powder over cream cheese and mash with a fork.
- Add the boiling water.
- Beat well with fork or electric mixer.
- Add the crushed pineapple and stir until blended.
- Pour into mold or glass bowl and chill.
- Yields 8 to 10 servings.
