Lime-Pineapple Salad Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin powder over cream cheese and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the boiling water.
  3. Beat well with fork or electric mixer.
  4. Add the crushed pineapple and stir until blended.
  5. Pour into mold or glass bowl and chill.
  6. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
