Linda'S Chili Rellenos

Ingredients

  • 3 (7 oz.) cans mild green chilies
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can milk
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Wash and remove seeds from chilies.
  2. Make layers of chilies and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan until gone.
  3. Mix together milk, eggs and flour.
  4. Pour over chilies and cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
