Instructions
- Wash and remove seeds from chilies.
- Make layers of chilies and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan until gone.
- Mix together milk, eggs and flour.
- Pour over chilies and cheese mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
