Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor of your Corn Cob Jelly, consider using flavored Kool-Aid that complements your meal. If you want a natural alternative, substitute the Kool-Aid with fresh fruit juice. Make sure to strain the corn juice thoroughly to avoid graininess in the jelly. For a vibrant color, adjust the food coloring as needed, or skip it for a more natural look.
