Sweet overnight breakfast bread pudding featuring cinnamon, butterscotch, and nuts, perfect for a cozy morning treat that feeds a crowd and can be prepared ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (4 oz.) box cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 stick frozen oleo, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a large Bundt baking pan.
  2. Add frozen dinner rolls to the pan. Cover and let rise overnight.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar, and butterscotch pudding mix in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sugar mixture over the risen rolls.
  5. Top with chopped oleo (butter) and chopped nuts.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Cover with foil for the first 15 minutes of baking.
  8. Remove foil during the last 15 minutes to brown the top.
