Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1/2 pkg. (16 oz. size) linguine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, garlic, and onion in a 3-quart casserole.
  2. Cover tightly and microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except lemon peel.
  3. Cover tightly and microwave 5 to 8 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon peel; toss.
