A hearty baked spaghetti dish combining seasoned hamburger, melted mozzarella, and flavorful Italian sauce, perfect for family dinners and casual gatherings with rich cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium spaghetti
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 8 oz. Italian sauce
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella
  • 4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger in a skillet until medium brown.
  2. Bring spaghetti to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine cooked spaghetti, hamburger, and Italian sauce in a 9 x 12-inch or 8 x 11-inch flat pan.
  4. Add grated Mozzarella cheese to the mixture and flatten with a frosting spreader.
  5. Evenly sprinkle grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top and distribute Parmesan cheese throughout.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
