Lipton Onion Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. roast of beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can sliced or fresh mushrooms
  • 6 potatoes
  • carrots (a bunch)

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes in half.
  2. Slice carrots.
  3. Place meat, potatoes and carrots on heavy-duty foil in a shallow pan.
  4. Top with sliced mushrooms, then sprinkle everything with Lipton soup mix.
  5. Seal the foil tightly.
  6. Roast for 1 to 2 hours at 375°.
