Ingredients

  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) lemon non-fat yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) lite Cool Whip
  • 1 angel food cake

Instructions

  1. Stir together the lemon pie filling, lemon non-fat yogurt, and lite Cool Whip until well mixed.
  2. Break the angel food cake into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer the filling mixture and cake pieces alternately into a container, starting with a layer of filling.
  4. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, ending with a filling layer on top.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
  6. Optionally, use the mixture as frosting between cake layers by slicing the cake into 3 or 4 layers and spreading the filling mixture between each layer.
