- In 1 1/2-quart saucepan combine onion, broth mix, garlic, zucchini, carrots, whole tomatoes (mashed), parsley, basil and pepper.
- Add 2 cups water and cook until vegetables are done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Add Sweet 'N Low and salt to taste.
