- Put the liver in a pot with enough water to cover it.
- Add chopped onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium or medium-low heat until the liver is falling apart and most of the liquid is cooked out.
- Drain the liver and transfer it to a food processor.
- Add hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or mayonnaise to taste.
