Ingredients

  • 3 containers of chicken liver
  • 1 medium to large onion
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Put the liver in a pot with enough water to cover it.
  2. Add chopped onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook over medium or medium-low heat until the liver is falling apart and most of the liquid is cooked out.
  4. Drain the liver and transfer it to a food processor.
  5. Add hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise to the food processor.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or mayonnaise to taste.
