Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pecan bits

Instructions

  1. Let the Velveeta and cream cheese come to room temperature.
  2. Season the cheeses with pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into four rolls.
  4. Roll each cheese shape in Gebhardt's chili powder until coated.
  5. Keep the cheese rolls refrigerated until ready to serve.
