Ingredients

  • 1/2 qt. tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • pinch of dried parsley
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of basil
  • 2 cans thin sliced string beans

Instructions

  1. Slowly simmer tomato juice with garlic salt, oregano, parsley, and basil until reduced to half its original volume.
  2. Add the canned thin sliced string beans and stir.
  3. Cover the pot and remove from heat.
  4. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
