Instructions
- Cook your hash browns in a pan until they are cooked through and reach a perfect golden brown.
- Toast or grill the brioche until it is lightly browned.
- Spread both slices of brioche with the Sriracha Mayo.
- Prepare the eggs to your liking. Chef Eddie recommends over easy (his personal favorite)!
- Melt the cheddar cheese on top of your eggs for one minute.
- Build your sandwich, cut in half and enjoy!
