Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups Master Bread Mix

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg until foamy; add vegetable oil and milk and beat well.
  2. Stir in Master Bread Mix until thoroughly combined and let stand for 2 minutes or until cereal is softened.
  3. Spoon and spread batter into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and cool completely on a rack.
