Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 12 crushed soda crackers
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Blend the eggs, salt, crushed soda crackers, shredded carrot, ground chuck, milk, and pepper well.
  2. Place the mixture in a loaf pan.
  3. Top the loaf with brown sugar and prepared mustard.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
