Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo syrup ⓘ
- Li Hing Mui seeds
Instructions
- Prepare candy molds and sticks for the lollipops.
- Combine 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Karo syrup in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the hard crack stage (about 300°F or 150°C).
- Remove from heat and quickly pour into prepared molds.
- Insert sticks into the molds before the mixture hardens completely.
- Sprinkle Li Hing Mui seeds onto the surface of the melted candy before it cools completely.
- Allow the lollipops to cool and harden completely before removing from molds.
