Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp whole ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. in large mixing bowl add ingrediants and stir
  2. in a skillet spray pam and heat
  3. rinse fish in water then baste fish on both sides and dip in mixing bowl with ingrediants
  4. then place in skillet and cook both side till fish flakes and is brown
