- Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

- Mix just until blended after each addition and stir in the flavorings.
- Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
