  • 1 oz. garlic powder
  • 1 oz. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 oz. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 oz. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 oz. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 oz. paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Use like salt to season meats, seafood, and poultry.
  3. Add to boiling water when cooking crawfish or other seafood.
