Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped lovage leaves and tender stems

Instructions

  1. Chop lovage leaves and tender stems along with chopped onion in a food processor.
  2. Add the cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Let the flavors mellow for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  4. Use as a dip, cracker spread, or as a substitute for mayonnaise on a sandwich.
