Ingredients

  • 2 loaves French bread, sliced
  • 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 to 6 green onions, chopped
  • melted butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped green onions.
  2. Spread melted butter on sliced French bread.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Wrap the loaves in foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes, uncovering during the last 10 minutes.
