Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers (33 [2 1/2-inch] squares)
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 large pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding, mixed with 3 c. skim milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained
  • 12 oz. lite Cool Whip
  • crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make graham cracker crust in 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 tablespoons melted butter.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350° and cool.
