Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 large low-cal Cool Whip
  • 1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Crumble the angel food cake into small pieces and place half of it in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Spread half of the crushed pineapple over the cake layer.
  3. Add a layer of Cool Whip over the pineapple.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake crumbs, pineapple, and Cool Whip.
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the assembled dessert.
  6. Refrigerate for best results before serving.
