Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flax seed meal (ground flax seed)
  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon artifical artificial sweetener (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 300.
  2. grease a loaf pan lighty.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients is a medium bowl.
  4. in a small bowl whisk the eggs then add milk, vinagar and splenda.
  5. combine with dry ingredients.
  6. shape into 3x6 loaf if your loaf pan is bigger, just shape and place in middle of the pan.
  7. bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a thin knife comes clean.
