- Make pudding with skim milk according to package directions and fold in lite Cool Whip.
- Layer 8 whole graham crackers in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Layer 8 more graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over these crackers.
- Place the last layer of graham crackers on top.
- Thin the lite chocolate frosting with a little milk and spread it over the top layer of crackers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
