Ingredients

  • 24 whole graham crackers
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup lite Cool Whip
  • 1/2 can lite chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Make pudding with skim milk according to package directions and fold in lite Cool Whip.
  2. Layer 8 whole graham crackers in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  4. Layer 8 more graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  5. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over these crackers.
  6. Place the last layer of graham crackers on top.
  7. Thin the lite chocolate frosting with a little milk and spread it over the top layer of crackers.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
