Ingredients

  • 1 medium baking potato
  • cooking spray
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secret onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly and dry well.
  2. Do not peel the potatoes.
  3. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cut the potatoes into 6 wedges each.
  5. Place the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Spray the wedges lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Sprinkle with Lipton Recipe Secret onion soup mix or your preferred spices.
  8. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
