- Scrub potatoes thoroughly and dry well.
- Do not peel the potatoes.
- Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Cut the potatoes into 6 wedges each.
- Place the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
- Spray the wedges lightly with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with Lipton Recipe Secret onion soup mix or your preferred spices.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
