Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 3/4 c. skim milk
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except vanilla.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
