Ingredients

  • lemon cake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray 2 (9-inch) round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare lemon cake batter as directed and divide evenly between the prepared pans.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove and transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
