  • 1 medium size can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Braise tofu in oil until slightly browned.
  2. Remove tofu from pan and set aside.
  3. Saute green peppers, onions, and garlic until soft.
  4. Add cooked and drained eggplant to the pan and stir.
  5. Stir in tomato paste, toasted wheat germs, and ground rosemary.
  6. Return tofu to the pan and cook until heated through.
  7. Season with salt to taste and serve.
