Ingredients

  • 1 small box lemon instant pudding mix or vanilla pudding mix with 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding using the shaker method with milk according to package instructions.
  2. Add the Cool Whip to the pudding and mix well until smooth.
  3. Stir in the drained fruit cocktail into the pudding mixture.
  4. Spoon the salad into serving dishes and decorate the top with cherries and mandarin oranges.
