Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. drained water-packed tuna
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped black olives
  • 2 to 3 drops Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, cabbage, olives, mayonnaise, Tabasco, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture and spread it on bread.
  3. Serve open-faced or top with another slice of bread.
  4. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts, cucumber slices, tomato, carrot curls, or other toppings if desired.
