Ingredients

  • 14 oz. package deluxe-type macaroni and cheese dinner (including cheese pouch)
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup cooked ham, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Chop broccoli and onion.
  3. Combine broccoli, onion, and water in a 4-quart pan.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Do not drain.
  6. Stir in cooked macaroni, cheese sauce from package, milk, cheese soup, and ham.
  7. Return to a boil, stirring occasionally.
