Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  4. Drain well.
  5. In the casserole, stir together cooked macaroni, American cheese, sour cream, and oleo until well mixed.
  6. Cover the casserole.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
