Macaroni Cloud In A Mug

Instructions
- Stir milk into cornstarch.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add cheese and corn.
- Stir to melt cheese.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat egg yolks lightly.
- Slowly add cheese mix.
- Stir constantly.
- Fold in macaroni; cool slightly. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold into macaroni mix.
- Fill four 12-ounce ovenproof mugs or 10-ounce custard cups with mix.
- Leave 1/4 inch at top.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serves 4.
