Macaroni Shell Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • Herbed Dressing (below)
  • 7 ounce. uncooked macaroni shells (about 2 c.)
  • 1 c. shredded pizza cheese
  • 1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
  • 3 med. zucchini, minced
  • Salad greens

Instructions

  1. Prepare Herbed Dressing.
  2. Cook macaroni.
  3. Toss macaroni, pizza cheese, olives and zucchini with dressing.
  4. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs.
  5. Serve on greens and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Garnish with parsley if you like.
  7. 6 servings.
