Ingredients

  • 1 bag round nacho chips
  • 1 (9 oz.) can Frito Lay bean dip
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 small tub sour cream
  • 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. McCormick taco seasoning
  • grated cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning.
  2. Spread bean dip on chips to desired thickness.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°.
  4. Place chips on cookie sheet.
  5. Put 1 teaspoon seasoned ground beef on each chip.
  6. Cover with grated cheese and green chili slices.
  7. Use hotter peppers, if you like.
  8. Heat chips for 3 to 5 minutes.
  9. Top with sour cream and olive slices.
  10. Serve.
