Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, broken small
  • 2 bunches green onion
  • 1 c. celery, cut small
  • 11 oz. can drained mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 c. almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown almonds in sugar until coated.
  2. Cool and break apart. Mix together.
