Ingredients

  • 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine the unsweetened chocolate and Eagle Brand milk.
  2. Over low heat, cook and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in water and let cool.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
