Instructions
- Cook broccoli and cauliflower in water with a small amount of oil.
- Bring to boil.
- Turn off heat.
- Fry onion, carrots and meat in oil; reduce to low heat until cooked.
- Do not overcook.
- It is better crispy.
- If desired, add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Mix everything together.
- Add seasoning as desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Serves 6 plus depending on the amount of vegetables you prepare.
- If you use meat, cut it in tiny pieces.
- We preferred it without meat.
