Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple in own juice
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail in its own juice
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain all the canned fruit.
  2. Toss the drained fruit with whipped topping and cottage cheese.
  3. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
