Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 small can mandarin orange sections (undrained)

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  2. Add boiling water and sugar; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add milk and almond extract; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
  5. Chill until set, about 2-3 hours.
  6. Cut into cubes.
  7. Serve in a dish topped with mandarin orange sections.
