Ingredients

  • 2 boxes lemon jello
  • 2 tins mandarin oranges
  • 1 tin grapefruit sections
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups hot water over the lemon jello and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup juice from the mandarin oranges to the dissolved jello.
  3. Cool the mixture slightly, then fold in the mandarin oranges and drained grapefruit sections.
  4. Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
