Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package (8 oz.) Jell-O orange flavor
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained

Instructions

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Place mandarin orange segments in a 6-cup mold.
  4. Spoon 2 cups of the gelatin mixture over the oranges in the mold.
  5. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until the gelatin is set but not firm (should stick to your finger).
