Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 handful dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, eggs and sugar until creamy.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and add to margarine mixture.
  3. Add nuts and cranberries to mixture.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 5 (5 3/4 x 3 1/4-inch) loaf pans sprayed with Baker's Joy. When cooled, slice and place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  5. Place in oven for 5 to 10 minutes until slightly browned.
