Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups diced fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir pineapple, mango, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro together in a bowl; season with salt. Let salsa sit until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
