Instructions
- Blend biscuit mix and buttermilk with mixer on low speed.
- Do not overmix.
- Roll on floured surface into a rectangular shape approximately 1/4-inch thick.
- Combine remaining ingredients together.
- Spread evenly over dough mixture.
- Roll up like a jelly roll.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown.
- Serve with gravy. Makes 7 servings.
