Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, flour, and warm water in a bowl and mix well with a mixer to make a smooth batter.
  2. Put some parsley in a small pan.
  3. Keep the flame on medium.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan to cover the bottom.
  5. Cook one side until lightly browned, then turn to cook the other side.
  6. Remove the cooked shell and let it cool slightly.
  7. Fill the shell with ricotta cheese.
  8. Repeat the process for remaining batter to make more shells.
