Sweet and rich Maple Dippers combine coconut, walnuts, and butterscotch with a hint of maple flavor, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large package coconut
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 packages butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 cake paraffin
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar, melted butter, coconut, chopped walnuts, and Eagle Brand milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small logs or patties using teaspoons.
  3. Melt the butterscotch chips and paraffin together in a double boiler or microwave.
  4. Add maple flavoring to the melted butterscotch mixture.
  5. Using a fork, dip each log or patty into the butterscotch mixture to coat completely.
  6. Place dipped candies on wax paper to set.
