Maple Peanut Softies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp. peanuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup and milk powder. Spread mixture into loaf pan.
  2. Pat down to make even layer. Sprinkle peanuts over mixture.
  3. Press them to make them stick. Chill 1 hour. Cut into squares. Keep refrigerated when not serving them.
